Lundgren Monuments recognizes that people want choice. It is the reason why there are libraries and shopping malls and 300 different flavors of ice cream. We are all different, quirky and entirely unique individuals.

About Cast Glass

We design memorials in cast glass, granite, bronze, stainless steel, and most often a combination of these materials. Glass is a non-porous, non-stainable and non-corrosive material. Archeologists have discovered primitive glass vases dating back over 4,000 years old. It is a rugged, proven material designed to last thousands of years with strength and durability.

Silica is the most prevalent element on Earth, representing 70-85 percent of the content of both glass and granite. The same tools and processes are used to cut, polish and carve both materials, making their primary difference visual. As similar as the two materials are, granite does not glow in sunlight, nor can it be made in a rainbow spectrum of colors.
