Lundgren Monuments are translucent memorials created with kiln formed glass, four inches thick and mounted into a stainless steel or bronze base.  The glass is heated to temperatures over 1500 degrees and requires two weeks to properly cool.  Each glass memorial contains a unique array of suspended air bubbles and natural textures.  Your personal information and artwork is carved into the placid surface. 

Lundgren Monuments are designed to be set onto a granite or concrete foundation for permanency, and are created with the intent of lasting thousands of years and requiring little or no maintenance. Each memorial is entirely unique and luminescent in natural light. Custom Design
Lundgren Monuments is first and foremost a design studio. Greg Lundgren holds a background in painting, architectural glass, furniture design and theatrical set design. With a complete art department and ambitious staff, we are ready and able to create a custom proposal, tailored specifically to your requests and ideas. We are always engaged in a number of special projects- from glass inclusions in granite memorials to consulting on large scale public works projects. Installation Details
Each Lundgren Monument arrives ready for a simple onsite installation. In most cases it is as simple as removing from the crate and setting on a stone or concrete foundation. Memorials set in a bronze or stainless steel sleeve host two solid posts that index and slide into two pre-drilled holes in the foundation. An epoxy or setting cement may be used for permanent fixing, or a rubber gasket may be employed for temporary setting. As unusual as cast glass memorials appear, they are handled and set much like any traditional stone memorial.
